Job Category: Contracts Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * *CACI is seeking aStrategic Sourcing Managerto join our team within our Corporate Supply Chain Operations team, in our Reston, Virginia headquarters office.
Under the supervision of the Director of Strategic Sourcing the Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for optimizing CACI’s supplier selection process by identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the best value and minimize risk. The Corporate Supply Chain team at CACI oversees multiple business entities, who are manufacturing a diverse set of products. You will be asked to weigh the needs of all these business’s and manage the total CACI spend/savings for the selected commodities. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, analyze market trends, and leverage data to drive cost savings and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide written and verbal deal updates to executive management and key business stakeholders on deal terms, strategies, risks, and outcomes.
• Analyze spend data from a variety of sources to develop fact-based commodity strategies, gain buy in from stakeholders and implement sourcing strategies across programs/ business units and with various levels of management.
• Work effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization to achieve business and sourcing objectives.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering and Finance to gain consensus relative to selected suppliers, oversee and execute the onboarding process.
• Negotiate robust contracts in conjunction with various stakeholders, while maintaining a strong understanding of contracting language and principles.
• Develop project plans, deliverables, metrics, and milestones. Partner with the other Strategic Sourcing team members to Implement process disciplines and management systems necessary to achieve desired results.
• Develop compelling business cases/analyses to drive meaningful change in process or supplier as appropriate to meet sourcing strategy and business objectives.
• Lead quarterly supplier reviews with key vendors to ensure progress and compliance with client's policies and key program objectives.
• Continuous follow up on tactical actions required to ensure timely delivery of open PO’s

The proposed salary range for this position is:
