Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an Experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to develop and implement sourcing strategies for third-party parts and commodities for a heavy-duty manufacturer. This role requires creativity to price competitively and gain market share while driving growth.

You will lead supplier negotiations, establish long-term contracts with external vendors, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering measurable sourcing results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, or buying within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading teams and delivering measurable business results.
• Experience using fact-based data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Lead supplier negotations and create long-term agreements/partnerships with external vendors. Must have the track record of proven success.
