Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead enterprise strategy across transportation networks, fleet operations, logistics services, and field-based labor. This role drives cost optimization, service reliability, and operational scalability while aligning with business demand, service levels, and financial objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 8 years of related experience preferred.
Strong sourcing and supplier governance experience.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year sourcing and operations strategies across transportation, 3PL/logistics, fleet, and labor services.
Negotiate complex service agreements and renewals to ensure favorable pricing and service levels.
Own cost modeling, analytics, and value realization from sourcing through implementation and performance management.
Lead supplier performance programs, SLAs, KPIs, and quarterly business reviews.
Partner with senior leadership to provide insights on cost trends and market dynamics.
