You will guide complex negotiations, draft and redline contract language with Legal, and manage the full sourcing lifecycle from RFP design to supplier implementation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in strategic sourcing or healthcare supply chain, strong financial analysis, and excellent communication skills.

• Manage full sourcing lifecycle including RFP design, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and implementation.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on spend analysis, market trends, benchmarking, and supplier dynamics.
• Identify and propose cost-savings initiatives grounded in financial analysis.
• Oversee contract maintenance, including amendments, renewals, compliance evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Present negotiation updates, sourcing strategies, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
