Job summary

The NCAA seeks a Director of Strategic Procurement & Sourcing to lead a modern, enterprise-wide sourcing strategy that drives value, mitigates risk, and enhances efficiency. This role serves as the center of excellence for RFP management and strategic sourcing, guiding cost management and category spend strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field is required.
• 5–10 years of management-level experience in purchasing/procurement for a large organization.
• Experience at a Director level in procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for categories and stakeholders based on spend analysis and best practices.
• Design and execute a standardized, enterprise-wide RFP/RFQ/RFI framework.
• Oversee end-to-end processes for complex, high-value RFPs and negotiations.
• Lead vendor negotiations and supplier relationships to achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, data privacy and other teams to ensure contract integrity.
