Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or commodity management.
• Experience managing direct and indirect spend in manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and category management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate key supplier agreements, and monitor market trends.
• Drive supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risk across direct/indirect spend.
• Oversee supplier relationships and global sourcing support with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and value creation.
