Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Labor Category Manager within Global Business Services' Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization to drive sourcing across our Global Distribution portfolio, including Marketing & Sales, Retirement Plan Services, and Investor & Advisor Services.

You will advise business leaders, drive value through category management and supplier governance, and lead a high-performing team with coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance programs.
• Experience managing people, contractors, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, contracting, and supplier governance.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Lead sourcing strategies across the Global Distribution portfolio and advise business leaders.
