Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks a senior Purchasing/Procurement Associate Director to embed sourcing frameworks and drive strategic transformation in a hybrid ET-located role. You will work with Category Leaders and Sourcing Business Partners to translate category strategies into actionable programs, delivering data‑driven insights and measurable value.

Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Director, you will shape governance and execution across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in role with similar skills and 2+ years in transformation.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Advanced analytics and dashboard development for sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed and operationalize strategic sourcing frameworks, category models, and governance standards.
• Support Category Leaders and Sourcing Business Partners in executing approved category strategies.
• Ensure consistent application of sourcing processes across categories.
• Create category strategy content and materials for Leader review and execution.
• Execute and support Strategic Sourcing value creation programs (partnerships, M&A, demand management).
• Track progress, value delivery, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Provide commercial, spend, supplier, and performance insights for decision making.
• Support Supplier Relationship Management programs through analysis and follow‑through.
• Maintain and improve data quality, reporting, and insight delivery for Category Management.
• Act as day‑to‑day execution partner to Sourcing Business Partners and Category Leaders.
