Job summary

Penske Media Corporation (PMC) is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support day-to-day procure-to-pay operations in Coupa and lead strategic sourcing across software, technology, meetings and events.

Reporting to the Vice President of Procurement, you will work with stakeholders across PMC to optimize cost, negotiate contracts, and guide supplier selections while ensuring compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience across a variety of spend categories.
• Experience sourcing enterprise software/SaaS and technology, including pricing and contract negotiations.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFx.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to review, redline, and negotiate supplier agreements, renewals, amendments, and commercial terms.
• Experience sourcing meetings, events, and production-related categories.
• Hands on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay including purchasing processes, workflows, troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple spend categories (software/SaaS, technology, meetings & events).
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead RFx processes, supplier evaluations, pricing analysis, negotiations and vendor selection.
• Review, redline, negotiate supplier contracts, renewals, amendments and commercial terms.
• Support Coupa procure-to-pay processes, purchasing workflows, troubleshooting and user support.
• Analyze procurement spend and activities to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Support special procurement projects and initiatives as needed.
