Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree with 2 years purchasing experience supporting operations or manufacturing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding and sourcing activities for all purchases by assigned zone or BU.
• Assist in developing technical specs and scopes of work with internal customers.
• Develop and issue formal RFQs and lead bid clarification meetings.
• Negotiate final price and commercial terms; make sourcing recommendations.
• Author and execute contracts; ensure pre-screening and insurance documentation.
• Provide timely reporting on cost savings and sourcing activities.
• Support TAR planning, supplier qualification, and frame agreement initiatives.
• Mentor and train new Field Sourcing Specialists; participate in strategic initiatives.
