Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in purchasing, subcontracts, or contracts; or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Government purchasing/subcontracting experience is required.
• Experience with MRP systems or ERP tools (SAP, Costpoint, Oracle).

Aufgaben

• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance monitoring.
• Manage pre-award and post-award subcontract activities including onboarding, RFPs/RFQs, bid analysis and negotiations.
• Draft SOWs, NDAs, and Long-Term Purchasing Agreements with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, export controls, and procurement ethics.
• Drive cost savings, mitigate supplier risks and improve procurement processes.
