Job summary

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology. The Sourcing Manager - DS Brands will lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier partnerships, and drive cost, quality, and supply continuity for the DS Brands portfolio.

You’ll partner with Product Management and Finance to identify growth opportunities and use analytics to inform strategic decisions, mentoring associates and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; 6–10 years sourcing experience.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving abilities with data-based recommendations.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and performance for DS Brands categories.
• Develop multi-year supplier and sourcing strategies aligned to growth and profitability.
• Evaluate supplier networks and lead supplier selections and transitions.
• Lead complex negotiations with strategic suppliers and long-term agreements.
• Use AI and analytics to improve portfolio performance and strategic decision making.
• Mentor junior sourcing staff and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
