In the Senior Sourcing Associate - National Brands role, you’ll execute sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships that support cost, service and supply continuity across the National Brands portfolio.

You’ll negotiate commercial agreements, analyze supplier and market performance and partner

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in sourcing, negotiation or supply chain management.
• Experience with contract management, cost analysis and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency with data analytics and reporting tools for sourcing decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 10% by car or plane.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned supplier relationships from onboarding to performance reviews.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for product and service programs.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and terms to meet objectives.
• Execute risk mitigation and contingency plans for disruptions.
• Analyze costs, market trends and supplier capabilities to inform decisions.
• Use AI, analytics and emerging tech to improve sourcing efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with priorities.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues to improve service.
