Citizens is seeking a Sourcing Lead in Johnston, RI to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver value across technology labor, professional services, management strategy consulting, and HR recruiting.

You will partner with business owners and executives to optimize spend, enhance market intelligence, and lead cost-savings programs while navigating a fully integrated source-to-pay process.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels.
• Oversee all spend activity for assigned commodity and determine action plans for purchases that meet Procurement thresholds.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, including bidding and contract negotiations; negotiate using an Agile contracting framework.
• Provide Category Procurement subject matter expertise to align product/service specs with projected demand.
• Maintain current with industry supply base and trends to develop innovative solutions.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities for assigned categories and prioritize impactful actions.
