Job summary

TMV Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Purchasing Lead to manage strategic sourcing across digital marketing, advertising, technology, and professional services.

You will lead supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, and optimize total cost of ownership to support business objectives. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal and internal stakeholders, develop sourcing policies, monitor market trends, and drive cost savings while ensuring supplier risk management and compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, procurement, or contract management.
• Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, sourcing methodologies, and contract administration.
• Experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), financial analysis, and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, contract management platforms, and purchasing applications.
• Experience using tools such as Gatekeeper and NetSuite is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, technology, and professional services procurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present sourcing strategies, supplier recommendations, and financial insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve strategic sourcing policies, procedures, and procurement strategies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives for software, technology, digital marketing, advertising, and professional services.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize supplier spending, and document cost reductions and cost avoidance.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, financial stability, performance, capacity, and potential business risks.
• Lead competitive bidding processes, supplier evaluations, and purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in collaboration with Legal and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare financial analyses, pricing comparisons, and sourcing recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and competitive benchmarks to improve procurement outcomes.
• Manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and related documentation.
• Support supplier risk assessments covering financial, legal, security, and data privacy considerations.
• Use AI-powered tools and procurement technologies to improve sourcing efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop training materials and promote compliance with sourcing policies across business units.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, Privacy, and business teams to ensure effective supplier management.
