You will collaborate with business units and legal to negotiate MSAs/SOWs/SLAs and develop category strategies. The position emphasizes compliance, supplier diversity programs, and overall procurement governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 4 extra years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and procurement automation tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional sourcing teams to achieve savings.

Responsibilities

• Executes sourcing projects (RFx, reverse auctions, negotiations) for 5-12 projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Develops category sourcing strategy and partners with business units and legal on MSAs/SOWs/SLAs.
• Ensures realized savings align with budgets and spend analysis.
• Supports supplier diversity and procurement policies across the company.
