Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain.
• Experience in consulting or professional services spend preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for consulting services.
• Lead strategic sourcing events, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to meet needs and goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and risk.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to policies, governance and ethical sourcing.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance and business teams on contracts.
• Monitor market trends and inform category decisions.
• Support procurement process improvements and reporting.
