Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a Sourcing Specialist II to join the energy and utilities sector’s Supply Chain organization. You will own moderate-to-complex sourcing events from strategy development through supplier selection and contract award, engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive value and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Contracting.
• Strong experience leading moderate-to-complex sourcing events from start to finish.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, evaluate suppliers, negotiate, and award decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate-to-complex competitive sourcing events from strategy through award.
• Develop and execute RFPs/RFQs and evaluate supplier responses.
• Build TCO analyses, cost models, and supplier proposals to support decisions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions beyond price and manage post-award activities.
