Paragon Films is seeking a Purchasing Manager to direct strategic sourcing and inventory programs across the company. This role interfaces with vendors, internal customers, and all levels to achieve procurement goals and drive continuous improvement in materials management.

As a manager, you will lead non-resin purchases, build supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and mentor a team in the US and Mexico, aligning with manufacturing needs and cost-reduction programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee procurement of all non-resin materials.
• Create sourcing strategies to minimize costs and optimize inventory.
• Lead supplier evaluation, qualification and approval processes.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities through research and networking.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations for advantageous terms.
• Serve as primary contact with key non-resin vendors and build relationships.
• Coordinate purchasing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop processes and infrastructure for smooth supply chain operations.
• Implement and maintain inventory control for finished goods and raw materials across US and MX.
• Coordinate with product teams on item master changes.
• Set up and integrate new products into manufacturing processes.
• Lead design change implementations and packaging specifications updates.
• Address quality issues with non-resin supplies with vendors.
• Alert leadership to supply-related risks.
• Provide analytical data and recommendations from operating systems.
• Develop tools to increase visibility of trends and drive improvements.
• Prepare reports and offer recommendations.
