DSJ Global is recruiting a VP, Strategic Sourcing & Integrated Planning in Greater Boston, MA. You will own executive supplier relationships, drive vendor selection with Engineering, and build a modern procurement and planning organization.

The role demands an accomplished leader with experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing, a track record of scaling functions, and strong ERP/AI acumen to shape the roadmap and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior strategic sourcing leader with transformation experience.
• Experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience operating in high-growth environments with ambiguity.
• ERP leadership and procurement technology/AI understanding.
• Executive presence to influence CFO/CEO and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level supplier relationships and act as senior point of contact.
• Lead upfront vendor evaluation and selection with Engineering and R&D.
• Build procurement governance and scalable operating models.
• Set the digital and AI agenda for the function, including ERP roadmap.
• Drive margin, cost discipline, and design-to-cost in collaboration with Engineering.
• Lead across planning with IBP-focused collaboration (planning fluency a plus).
