Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager to lead high-visibility sourcing initiatives and drive cost-effective procurement across clinical categories. The role collaborates with physicians, business partners, and legal to negotiate valuable contracts and manage budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in healthcare sourcing, strong leadership, data analysis, and experience with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive sourcing experience in healthcare for large health systems.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Supports Strategic Sourcing initiatives aiding clinical colleagues with product research, cost analysis, and presentations of initiatives.
• Assist development and implementation of strategies to reduce supply expense without compromising quality.
• Monitors, communicates, and improves assigned scope.
• Collaborates with physicians and team to standardize categories and improvements.
• Manages sourcing initiatives including RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, and budget oversight.
