Responsibilities

• Directs the work activities and has full management responsibility for the performance, coaching and development of a team.
• Leads cross‑functional teams to define business requirements and execute value‑adding initiatives.
• Develops and drives negotiating sourcing strategies across business units and categories.
• Presents category strategy analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partners with Law for large agreements and with an outsourced provider for sourcing services.
• Builds strategic relationships with business leaders to drive results and risk management in CNA.
