You will oversee a sourcing team, drive strategy, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and cabling suppliers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership within data center environments.
• Experience sourcing materials and subcontracted labor for data center fit-out projects.
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure components and pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team.
• Own sourcing strategy and execution for data center fit-out materials and labor.
• Develop category strategies for electrical, cabling, containment, and related systems.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, and volume-based agreements.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and contractors.
• Standardize procurement processes and track cost savings and supplier performance.
