Job summary

Allesco Industries is seeking a Planning, Costing, and Sourcing Associate to join our procurement team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support RFQ analysis, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, and cross-department collaboration to ensure competitive sourcing and accurate costing.

The role offers growth opportunities in procurement, costing, and supply chain operations, with exposure to ERP systems, Excel analytics, and strategic supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in purchasing, costing, sourcing, inventory planning, or procurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Develop domestic and international supplier relationships.
• Compare pricing, lead times, quality, and capabilities.
• Assist with inventory planning and replenishment.
• Monitor material costs and market trends.
• Support negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain costing, sourcing, and purchasing records.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, customer service, and suppliers.
