Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Contracts Manager to lead and execute vendor sourcing negotiations for projects with annual spend up to $500,000. You will work closely with Partners, LOB Leaders, Directors, and Managers across the firm’s lines of business.

The role focuses on performing reviews, redlining and negotiating contracts while ensuring information security and privacy due diligence, and alignment with Finance requirements.

Qualifications

• Required - strong analytical and contract negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Required - strong price analysis and modeling skills to compare vendor proposals and RFP responses.
• Required - contract redlining to effectively review, mark up, and negotiate proposed changes to legal agreements.
• Required - basic knowledge of Excel, Word and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate vendor contracts including cloud/SaaS, on-premises software, MSAs and SNOWs.
• Coordinate with Partners and Leaders; ensure contracts meet operational objectives and document risk summaries.
• Coach leaders on negotiation tactics for best overall results.
• Assist in interpretation of termination provisions, SLAs, and software license compliance.
