Job summary

Fortive Corporation is hiring for a senior contract governance role focused on managing front-end administration and governance of supplier agreements at the corporate level. You will oversee due diligence, stakeholder reviews, risk assessments, and approvals to ensure timely execution.

You will independently prepare, negotiate, and manage NDAs and routine agreements, coordinate legal and security reviews, and drive process improvements across contracting policies and templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal operations, sourcing, or paralegal services.
• Experience reviewing and administering sourcing agreements, NDAs, professional services agreements, statements of work, and other related documents.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, templates, and contractual requirements.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract intake, administration, and execution for supplier, software, consulting, logistics, and other sourcing agreements per policy.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and assignment across contract resources to ensure review and due diligence time.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and due diligence processes including information security and privacy assessments.
• Negotiate and manage NDAs and other low‑risk agreements within delegated authority.
• Ensure adherence to contracting templates, guidelines, and governance processes.
