Constellation is seeking a procurement professional to oversee the Supply Chain Process, Seven Step Sourcing Process, and manage multiple categories across business units.

You will serve as the primary liaison with suppliers and stakeholders, directing category spend, risk analyses, and governance to ensure terms are met and customer expectations.

This role requires strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership, with travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of procurement experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years.
• Demonstrated project and change management skills.
• Knowledge of category and supply management concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish blanket contracts and support complex sourcing initiatives.
• Maintain primary contact for supplier/customer issues and monitor performance.
• Oversee category spend and risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
• Direct contract administrators and procurement staff within assigned categories.
• Lead supplier relationship development programs and meetings.
• Identify and manage category risks aligned with business needs.
• Support emergency response activities as assigned.
