Tweddle Group is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for domestic commodities and services, including MRO, while building strong supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in business or supply chain, 3–5 years purchasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems to support cost savings and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or supply chain management is required.
• 3–5 years of professional purchasing experience.
• Knowledge of MRO processes and service issues.
• Basic understanding of logistics and manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement and strategic sourcing for domestic commodities and services, including MRO purchases.
• Perform best practices in purchasing to achieve cost savings and supplier performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with domestic and international partners.
• Represent the Purchasing team professionally and empathetically to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identify and audit a committed supply base aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead negotiations to achieve annual savings and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
• Support inventory control, audits, and supplier quality improvements.
