• Contract Management: negotiate favorable terms and conditions to ensure security of supply and value for both parties.
• Strategic Sourcing: select suppliers within a given category to achieve commercial advantage and reduce risk.
• Portfolio Management: manage spend portfolio and understand total supply chain impacts.
• Commercial Strategy: analyze total cost structures and implement strategies to reduce procurement risk while maintaining quality.
