Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience in a large, multi-site organization.
• Advanced data analytics with Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains team performance dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Reviews and approves CERs ensuring quote validity and pricing terms.
• Manages contracts in systems like Icertis and PeopleSoft-related records.
• Supports capital sourcing events and computes savings across categories.
• Serves as a contact for RHM management on sourcing issues and contracts.
• Supports cross-functional supply chain processes to maximize value.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
