Job summary

Trinity Health in Livonia, MI seeks a Capital Sourcing Analyst to provide strategic support to Sourcing Managers, manage vendor quotes in PeopleSoft, and guide contract processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

You will develop dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, analyze data to drive performance improvements and collaborate across departments to ensure timely, accurate reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in business or supply chain management, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience in a large, multi-site organization.
• Advanced data analytics skills and procurement knowledge including Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Knowledge of bids, contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaborative skills.
• Ability to work independently and with stakeholders; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and procurement operations by obtaining vendor quotes and maintaining records in PeopleSoft.
• Review CERs via Teams, confirming quote validity, pricing, terms, and expiration dates.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau or equivalent tools to track key metrics.
• Manage HPG contracts within Icertis and coordinate contract build sheets with the Content group.
• Lead CRT form reviews for Capital initiatives and submit CRTs to Finance.
• Coordinate Technology and Security Assessment submissions and document savings.
• Provide cross-functional support including PO processing as needed.
• Lead small-scale projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
