You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and efficiency while maintaining compliance and service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sourcing or procurement, with strong Excel data analytics and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate capabilities, pricing, and service offerings.
Analyze procurement and sourcing data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics and ensure compliance with contracts.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and sourcing strategies.
Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms while maintaining quality and service.
Oversee procurement activities including PO placement, date management, and analytics.
