Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement or related fields.
• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related field with graduation after August 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated interest in AI-enabled tools and technologies, including generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities

• Support category management and strategic sourcing activities through market research, supplier analysis, benchmarking, and category strategy development.
• Assist with cost analysis, should-cost modeling, and market intelligence activities to identify savings opportunities and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, suppliers, and internal partners to support procurement objectives and supplier relationship management efforts.
• Analyze sourcing trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics to develop recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
• Support AI adoption initiatives by identifying use cases, developing training resources, tracking adoption metrics, and promoting responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.
