Aiwyn seeks a Solutions Architect to bridge firm needs with our platform, defining scalable integration blueprints and guiding pre-sale to execution. You’ll craft system-wide designs, run executive discussions, and shape the playbook for a rapidly growing SaaS product.

Qualifications

• Proven pre-sales, post-sales, solutions architecture, or solutions engineering experience in B2B SaaS.
• Ideally fluent in accounting tech stack (GL, practice management, billing).
• Ability to design integrations and judge feasibility independently.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation end-to-end, including discovery, feasibility, and solution architecture for the pre-sale cycle.
• Design systems-level solutions translating workflow requirements into integration blueprints (APIs, webhooks, data migration, ETL, SSO).
• Produce contract-quality scoping documents for Delivery Leads to execute.
• Lead executive rooms with CTOs/COOs/partners to shape deal strategy and accelerate trust.
• Uncover firm needs and translate findings into designs, timelines, and constraints.
• Build scalable playbooks and feed field signals back to Product.
