Job summary

Aiwyn, a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how accounting firms manage revenue lifecycles, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own Platform capabilities including Implementations and core platform workloads.

You'll partner with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship improvements that reduce go-live times and enable self-serve configuration at scale. The role offers high visibility with cross-functional impact in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management experience.
• Excellent product roadmapping: prioritise ruthlessly.
• Strong product lifecycle instincts and customer focus.
• Execution chops: ship software, align teams.
• You bring clarity and energy to every room.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation roadmap: remove steps from the critical path.
• Turn manual work into product: self-serve configuration and tooling.
• Go deep with Implementation Managers and firms during go-lives.
• Own platform areas outside integrations: infra and productivity tooling.
• Define metrics for implementation health and hold the roadmap accountable.
• Partner cross-functionally to ship with engineering, design, Services, CS and sales.
