Job summary

Convey (formerly Message Broadcast) is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as the strategic connector among customers, Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering in Denver. You will design scalable, commercially viable solutions using Convey's platform, translating customer requirements into actionable designs and driving successful delivery.

You will lead architecture workshops, create SOWs, and guide implementation timelines while maintaining a continuous feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical and operational solutions.
• Demonstrated experience developing technical requirements, solution designs, and Statements of Work.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions to understand business objectives, challenges, technical requirements, and success criteria.
• Design scalable, deliverable solutions leveraging Convey's platform and services.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, solution reviews, and technical validation.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, implementation approaches, and technical specifications.
• Identify product gaps and provide LOE estimates to remediate.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, from evaluation to deployment and expansion.
• Act as the primary conduit between the field and Product Management to ensure customer reality shapes product direction.
• Capture recurring customer needs, market trends, and product enhancement opportunities from across the field.
• Help Product and Engineering understand the business drivers behind requests.
• Maintain feedback loop to influence product evolution.
