Job summary

Convey is seeking a Solutions Architect to bridge customers, Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering in Denver, CO. You’ll translate business challenges into scalable, vendor-backed solutions and guide pre-sales, delivery, and product feedback to shape the Convey platform.

You will lead architecture workshops, craft SOWs, and define implementation strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure value and time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical/operational solutions.
• Experience creating technical requirements, solution designs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Experience with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions to understand objectives, challenges, requirements, and success criteria.
• Design scalable, deliverable solutions leveraging Convey's platform and services.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, solution reviews, and technical validation.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs and technical specs.
• Identify product gaps and provide LOE estimates to remediate.
• Serve as trusted advisor through customer journey from evaluation to deployment.
• Act as primary conduit between field and Product Management to shape product direction.
• Capture recurring customer needs, market trends, and opportunities across the field.
• Advocate for customer requirements while balancing scalability and product direction.
• Help Product and Engineering teams understand operational realities behind customer requests.
• Maintain feedback loops ensuring customer insights influence product evolution.
• Develop reusable solutioning assets for PSEs and PS and assist on complex deals.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on opportunities providing advisory guidance.
