Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical role.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding demonstrations.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: pipelines, streaming, lakehouse, cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency on the Databricks Platform with developing specialization in one area.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and performing design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment and growth.
• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins in competitive scenarios with custom-built solutions.
• Develop emerging technical specializations and become a go-to resource for the team.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources (DSAs, SSAs, Partners) to deliver complex solutions.
• Influence product direction with structured feedback on requirements and gaps.
