Job summary

Valiantys is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant to lead complex, outcome-driven engagements and set governance and advisory quality across large-scale Atlassian work-management programs. The role emphasizes executive discovery, architecture, and scalable delivery leadership.

You will shape narratives, drive value realization, and coach teams while collaborating with Engagement Directors and architects across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution consulting, management consulting, or related advisory roles.
• Experience designing enterprise work management solutions using Atlassian products.
• Ability to lead executive-level discovery and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level discovery to clarify business intent and value targets.
• Shape business and operating-model architecture while guiding stakeholder decisions.
• Coach consultants and raise delivery quality with repeatable methods.
• Review artifacts for clarity, evidence, and alignment.
