Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Software Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end software procurement for enterprise and specialty applications.

You will drive negotiations, renewal management, and licensing optimization while collaborating with IT, Security and Legal to mitigate risk and maximize value. This role offers visibility across the firm and opportunities to optimize spend. Strong analytical skills and experience with SaaS agreements are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in procurement strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Direct experience negotiating software and SaaS agreements.
• Deep knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, named user, etc.).
• Strong analytical capabilities with spend data, utilization metrics and TCO modeling.
• Experience with enterprise software suppliers (Microsoft, Salesforce, Smartsheets, Adobe).
• Familiarity with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Flexera, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic software sourcing for new purchases including RFx and enterprise agreements.
• Own renewal management for existing software contracts; review 90+ days before expiration.
• Analyze utilization with Technical Data and Innovation teams to identify cost savings.
• Partner with IT, Security and Legal to evaluate suppliers.
• Negotiate complex SaaS and perpetual licenses, including pricing, SLAs and data security.
• Maintain supplier relationships through reviews, performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Feed market intelligence back to inform broader category strategy.
• Engage in special projects or other duties as assigned.
