Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Social Media Lead to build the strategy and operating system for Ramp social, guiding where and how Ramp shows up and ensuring major moments get real distribution. You may also contribute hands-on work, but leadership and ownership define success.

The role centers on aligning social with business goals, elevating Ramplings’ storytelling, and coordinating across Brand, Comms, Growth, and Support to maximize visibility and demand.

Responsibilities

• Set Ramp’s social strategy, raise the creative bar, and focus the calendar on fewer, more consequential moments.
• Decide when Ramp, an employee, executive, creator, customer, or partner should lead the story, then build the right distribution plan around it.
• Help more Ramplings and executives post credibly about their work, with clear guidance, coaching, and amplification.
• Build a reliable approach to community management and social support, including the right contractor bench.
• Bring together producers, influencer, Brand, Comms, Growth, Support, and visibility teams to execute the highest-priority work.
• Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to improve the work over time.
