~Pourri is seeking a Social Media Strategist to own the organic strategy across brand and founder channels, driving awareness, growth, and engagement. You will study what works, align with creative partners, and turn insights into action.

You'll define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform mix for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, balancing brand voices across channels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in social media strategy, organic social, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience developing social strategies that grew followers, engagement, reach, or brand awareness.
• Experience with a consumer-facing brand.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube/YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of organic social analytics, KPIs, and audience insights.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations for creative teams.
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the organic social strategy across ~Pourri and the founder's channels.
• Build strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Determine platform roles and content placement (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Determine where content belongs and what should crossover between brand and founder channels.
• Develop content pillars, recurring formats, and scalable channel strategies.
• Establish posting cadence and broader content rhythm based on audience behavior.
• Identify opportunities to connect brand ecosystem with founder-led content.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for teams.
• Monitor trends and audience behavior to inform strategy.
