Job summary

Vertosoft is hiring a Government Contract Specialist (SLED) to administer State, Local, and Education contracts and cooperative purchasing agreements. You will manage contract lifecycles, ensure compliance, and work with public-sector customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring IT-channel experience and familiarity with quotes, terms, orders, reporting, and renewals; government contracting experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, organize, and explain contract documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, meeting deadlines and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer SLED contracts, cooperative purchasing actions, and renewals.
• Coordinate contract implementation and changes; liaise with Sales, Ops, Finance.
• Assist in reporting, compliance reviews, and audits; support proposals.
