Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Site Procurement to oversee sourcing execution at manufacturing sites in the US and Canada. You will develop site-specific strategies, align with site leadership, and drive supplier selection, negotiations, and performance across the portfolio.

You will lead a team of Advisors, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver best total value, quality, and service while leveraging Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Strong execution and results orientation.
• Experience in negotiation and vendor management.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of category management and market trends.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and data interpretation.
• Strong presentation skills with Excel/PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.
• Solid presentation abilities, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supplier escalations and ensure supply and pricing alignment.
• Develop and lead a team of Advisors for US and Canada sites.
• Drive VIP pipeline accuracy through stakeholder alignment and reporting.
• Develop sourcing strategies using process and project management skills.
• Lead RFx processes and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance with dashboards and reporting.
• Represent sourcing at site QBRs and budget discussions.
• Conduct site supplier discoveries and execute supplier due diligence
• Perform data analysis and utilize financial acumen to identify opportunities to leverage scale and drive cost savings
• Establish collaborative environment with key suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimize supplier performance and innovation.
• Review contract requirements to negotiate critical terms and conditions in line with sourcing strategy.
• Supporting supplier selection by being familiar with manufacturing, quality and supply chain processes
• Drive supplier performance management by utilizing supplier dashboards and reporting
• Participate & represent sourcing in alignment with GSM as required at scheduled site QBRs and budget discussions
