Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Sr. Manager in Site Procurement to oversee sourcing execution at manufacturing sites in the US and Canada.

You will lead supplier negotiations, develop site-specific strategies, and drive cost savings while ensuring high quality and service levels across the network. Responsibilities include managing escalations, building a capable team of advisors, and aligning with site leadership on timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.
• Experience with category management and cost drivers preferred.
• Proven ability to execute sourcing strategies with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier escalations and assure supply, pricing, and AP processes.
• Lead and develop a team of site Advisors across US and Canada.
• Drive VIP pipeline accuracy through stakeholder alignment and status reporting.
• Develop and execute RFx events and site-specific inflation mitigation plans.
• Negotiate terms and conditions aligned with sourcing strategy.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and drive supplier performance dashboards.
