• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Lead ERP system enhancements and finance data integrity.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
