Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure Supply Chain Engineering team drives the sourcing and deployment of next-generation silicon and firmware components for AI, data center, and cloud infrastructure. As Sourcing Manager for Strategic Silicon, you will shape supplier strategy, negotiate terms, qualify new sources, and manage vendor relationships to meet time-to-production goals while optimizing total landed cost.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Materials Science, Mechanical), Supply Chain, or business-related field
• 10+ years of sourcing management or supply chain management in semiconductor/electronic components
• Technical understanding of semiconductor technologies and silicon components
• Experience with ODMs and contract manufacturers in electronics/server hardware
• Proven track record of developing commodity strategies at scale

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for strategic silicon and firmware components
• Lead strategic supplier management across silicon vendors, IP licensors, and firmware partners
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, ODM partners, and capacity planning teams
• Provide semiconductor market intelligence to inform strategic direction
• Perform end-to-end sourcing execution including RFI/RFQ/RFP leadership and prototype sourcing for NPI
