Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of management, research or policy development experience in a large public housing agency, with at least 18 months in administrative or executive capacity.
• Experience in government or public administration, business strategy and operations, management consulting, housing finance and development, or related fields preferred.
• Strong technology skills and exposure to AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Vice President in executing a cohesive strategy to enhance operational effectiveness across all teams in Strategic Services.
• Contribute to development and execution of strategic plans, initiatives and performance improvements; synthesize operational details related to contracts and schedules.
• Serve as liaison between VP and business units; facilitate cross-functional coordination to advance initiatives and address challenges.
• Provide PM support for initiatives; organize meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, monitor timelines and budgets.
• Gather, analyze and synthesize data; prepare reports, presentations and communications for stakeholders.
