Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise services procurement initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into integrated service and supplier plans.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Procurement relationship leader and trusted commercial advisor to Insurance segment and Corporate Services leadership.
• Develop deep understanding of business strategy, operating plans and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate needs into integrated services, workforce and supplier strategies.
• Engage upstream of supplier selection to frame problems and test demand.
• Provide concise, decision-ready recommendations on value, cost, risk and capacity.
