SiFly Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Service Procurement Lead to own sourcing, contracting, and supplier management across a broad portfolio of business services, including telecommunications, IT/software, facilities, logistics, and professional services.

A key focus will be developing scalable procurement strategies, negotiating complex agreements, analyzing spend and financial data, and working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing of business services.
• Experience negotiating complex service agreements and contracts.
• Strong experience with telecommunications, IT/software, facilities, logistics, and other indirect categories.
• Experience leading competitive sourcing events or RFPs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Own the end-to-end procurement process for business services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect categories.
• Lead RFPs and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate master service agreements and pricing.
• Manage contract renewals and drive savings.
• Monitor supplier performance and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and supplier risks.
• Build long-term supplier relationships with strong commercial discipline.
